General environment in which proceeded these elections, before even the results felt the air of village fair because of this jubilation spontaneous and sincere which emerges there and to mistake there one feastday the AID would be believed. For first once, the organizer of these elections is the people, the small people, one notices it and we are not easily deceived, we are of this ground, one knows the methods of the " clean " organizations of antan and these organizers, these professionals of the masquerade who by far or from meadows draw the strings this time, nothing of nothing of all that in each district which I visited, they became about it the detractors of this new situation which they are not able to digest or include/understand, first tangible victim of the change.

The craftsman of this situation was not only Bouteflika, although he is the father, or the Algerian population of the interior of the borders of the country, the contribution for first once of great names of arts, culture, sport, letters, music, of personality of Algerian origin and their implication in this process are not foreign with this passion, the intervention of a SMAIL, of a Yazid (Zizou for you) ZIDANE, of a DJAMEL BOURAS, of a HAKIM TAFFERT, of a KHALED, of a MAMI, of a FODHIL (FAUDEL for you), of a Rachid TAHA, of a ENRICO MACIAS (our compatriot Sépharade) and I of forget some other (excuse), with television Algerian, they assert their algerianité without reject their statute of French and that each Algerian in more deep interior accept and respect, (and of a taboo jump) and the finality with this objective, that they of be conscious of this contribution,the history and the Algerians will never forget the declaration of Zidane nor the article of Enrico. Therefore it is the fight against the taboo which is the solution with the Algerian problem and Bouteflika included and his program runs around that.

The richness of Algeria it is all that, it is still Mozabite, Kabyle, Chaoui, Targui, Che' enbi, Reguibi, Oranais, the Inhabitant of Algiers, Annabi, Sitifien, Constantinois, Biskri... the Jew, the Christian, Israëlite, Beur, Harki, the Black Foot, their descents, the friend and the enemy of this country.
